Longtime Randle resident, Arthur Leon Foster, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on September 2, 2024.
He was born April 29, 1948 to Chuck and Louise Foster in Scottsboro, Alabama. Leon attended White Pass High School. After graduation Leon served two years in the Army. After his service he made his home in Randle with his family. He worked at Cowlitz Stud/Hampton Mills where he retired after 40 years.
Leon loved the outdoors, his cats, and traveling with his wife. He kept busy with cutting wood, hunting, and fishing. He loved the yearly fishing trips with Scotty and Elliott for Sturgeon and catfish.
Leon was preceded in death by his parents Chuck and Louise Foster.
Leon is survived by his wife of 35 years Ragena and sons; Robbie and wife Mariah, Scotty and wife Brooke, his daughter Tawnya and husband Jeremiah, his sister Molly Sue and companion Tony, and his brother Cecil and wife Dawn.
He is also survived by his grandchildren; William, Austin, Mykah, Elliott, McKenzee, Logan, Scottlyn, Scout, Kaeli, Keanna, Kaid, and Kyson, his great-grandchildren; Beckett, Kenley, Lawson, and Blakely.
His mother-in-law Phyllis, brother-in-law Freddie, sisters-in-laws Diane and Terri and husband Larry and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday September 28th at 1:00 p.m. at the Randle Fire Hall.
